Whats the difference between conventional oil and NanoLub? Watch this extreme Timken Test Below. |
Billions of Nanoscopic spheres enter the spacing’s in between metal surfaces, a spherical morphology allows the spheres to roll on the spot to form as Nano ball bearings, reducing frictional forces between metal surfaces. The tiny diameters allows them to smooth out any rough sections.

Viv Castle, Forestry Contractor, working in Raglan, Waikato.......I discovered that since using NanoLub, none of my machines treated didn’t need topping up with oil. I found this especially impressive in my Hitachi EX200 Excavator, as this machine does a lot of stopping & starting, and by 250hrs it hadn't had a single drop added to it, and was still at the same level as when I did it's last service!......

Although not visible to the naked eye, these are some Nano-Scopic images of steel through a microscope:
Through a microscope steel is not smooth. When these microscopic steel surfaces come into contact, small impurities wear off the metal surfaces, creating unnecessary friction, meaning more wear & heat is produced, as well as higher fuel consumption. Also, in the long run will eventually cause the engine/appliance to fail. Because of the tiny ‘Nano-Scopic’ particle size of NanoLub, it fills & coats all microscopic crevasses, troughs & peaks, so when metal surfaces come into contact they will ROLL over each other (rather than slide), meaning the engine/appliance WILL perform better as a result of reduced friction. This in turn means the engine will have less internal wear (greatly reduced amount of impurities created), reduced fuel consumption, and you will also be able to extend oil change intervals. |
